Well, if you have no experience, start with earning experience and skills first, not earning money
There's literally so many ways to make money, it's impossible to list them here. Some of the popular ones going one are YT + CPA, growing insta accounts and marketing, any kind of social media marketing, chaturbate + cpa, blogging, dropshipping, spamming, micro niche sites etc etc. Just search around on the forum. The question is too broad.

since you are computer engineer ... it will be easy for you to learn and offer networking and hosting skills freelancing ... and could start own business like buying big server and partition to VPSs and sell individuals for monthly rent , could setup proxy business also ... could make decent income from that ...
programming skills could bring you decent income also .
