Complicated Question , How to measure Apps installation

How can we measure the results in app installs of the application,

I have a database of my current costumers and I will send SMS to them. I think we will get at least 10-20 person of them install the app. So how I'll know that this numbers of installs coming from my sms campaign or from other facebook campaign? Is there any tech way to see who is installing the app?

For example Adroid tracks this themselves, but IOS won't show you this so you would have to use third-party tools like AppsFlyer.
