Compliance Sucks! Will Off Page SEO and PBN work?

I'm a financial advisor and finally decided to spring for a website through my companies list of "Compliant Providers". The restrictions require any and all changes to the site go automatically to the compliance department for approval before being posted (this can take months). So my question is; are there ways to market this site and get it a 1st page Google listing without modifying it? I'm only licensed in one State.

Could Off Page SEO and a PBN be utilized without modifying the compliant site?

Compliance is critical, Big Brother is seriously watching.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you really want to harness the power of your backlinks, you need to ensure the on-page is as good as can be: this would be things such as your content, title tag, meta tags, alt tags, website speed if necessary etc.

PBNs do work but do remember buy shitty pbns and you’ll cry for ages, buy well kept home page ones you’ll rank and bank for ages.

Chipsie1102 - Since any on-page is only possible with compliance approval it would have to be a part of a long-term plan.

Mr Positive - Do you have any recommendations of someone I could hire to build a quality PBN?

I think is possible what you said. Since I have a website that offered personal loans ( is not exactly same situation)...... I used numerous service especially for PBNs into past . Many of them were completely fail but 2 of them stand out and helped to rank. These sellers are offering some good PBNS and was get related posts. I dont want to promote any of them and I know fiverr is not a good place so make your own research before. I use mostly PBNS as well for ranking
