I am writing this simple guide to help all new members get back on ebay and paypal after being suspended. There are already guides out there but some of them might be abit complicated to a new user that only knows how to sell on ebay and nothing else. Alot of new users find this website by accident when in need of help. Thats why I am making this guide to teach and show that even a beginner can get back into selling again.
Easiest and Simplest steps on getting back into ebay and paypal without getting linked to your banned account
There are other ways but this is the cheapest and simplest way that will allow you to be selling the next day
1. Create a new user on your account, very simple to do. Go to Start > Control Panel > Add New User.
Make a new user, name it: Ebay 1, Stealth Acct, or whatever you want it doesnt matter.
2. Log into this account, you will then go on google chrome. (If you dont have it, download it), you will then google: FoxyProxy.
This is a Plugin For Google Chrome that you will need to install, once you installed this. Click on the FoxyProxy Icon
> Option > Add New Proxyyou should then see this:
This will be the step where to add your proxy, which you probably dont know what a Proxy is yet. Its simple, a proxy will show that the IP is coming from a different location which is great for ebay and paypal purposes. To get private proxies, just look at the BlackHatWorldMarketplace and theres a bunch of proxy providers to choose from. Contact one of them and ask for US Proxies, you will need private proxies which means these proxies are dedicated to you only. Each Private Proxy costs about $2 each a month. Once you receive your proxy it will look more or less like this 192.230.26.176:19216
Now Plug it in like this (Example)
3. Once you successfully added your proxy into your browser you are already half way there. Be sure you know the location of your Private Proxy, your Proxy Supplier should be able to tell you from what state it is coming from easily, if not just google where is my IP coming from. You will then need to create a completely fake name, once you make the name. Go to YellowPages website, find a random address that exists in the state. This will be your new address. Every detail you make, make sure to save it into a text file so you don't forget. Once you have you have all this information, you will also need a phone number. You could get one easily on Google Voice. You are now set and have all the information needed to create an ebay and paypal account. Start creating the ebay and paypal account and using all the information that you already have.
4. Recommended: For Paypal you will need to eventually add a bank account and a credit card to have your paypal account verified and limits lifted, this is very simple too. You could easily add a personal bank account since your bank doesnt give out your private personal information to third party companies, this wont link you to your banned paypal or banned ebay account. Just make sure you use a new bank account number. For the credit card, you will not be able to use your personal card, this will link you quickly. You will need to go to your local walgreens or CVS and get a vanilla gift card just to verify and lift limits on your paypal.
Alternative: You could also easily add a VBA (Virtual Bank Account) & a VCC ( Virtual Credit Card) to your paypal account, but i recommend the first option if you would like a strong long term paypal account.
You should now be able to sell on ebay and should not get linked. Just remember this new user account will be used only for your stealth account, meaning eBay and PayPal purposes only, same goes for the browser dont use another browser that the proxy isn't plugged into.
You may also experience a MC999 Temporarily restriction on your account saying to contact them within 48 hours. This is fine, your account isnt in danger. This is simply ebay algorithm restricting all new accounts that are registered and start selling right away. If you get this just call, they will ask you simple questions. Just give them the answer they want to hear. Here will be the questions they will ask

Answer: Personal
What do you plan on selling on ebay:
Answer: Just personal items, nothing big
Is anyone helping you on this ebay account:
No, just me
Do you have any other ebay accounts:

Are you selling your item on any other website:
Answer: No, Just Ebay
Are you Dropshipping
Answer: Nope
These are questions they only ask, its pretty simple. They will then reinstate your account. I would suggest you start slow and build it up little by little.
FAQ
Why Do I need to create a New User Account?
Mainly just to separate the cookies and flash cookies, it would truly be a headache and nearly impossible to manage. You will eventually link yourself it you do not.
Could I log into my personal email on the New User Account?
NO, you will get linked, only use the new user account for your ebay and paypal stealth account
Where can I get a VCC and VBA?
There are suppliers here in the marketplace that provide these services
I created my eBay stealth account but my selling limit is only 10 Items/$1000
This is the normal selling limit for all new accounts, although I know how to bump up limits 100 Items and $5000 on all new accounts

What is the difference between a public proxy and a private proxy?
A public proxy anybody could use, DO NOT use a public proxy although there free you will get linked. Use a private proxy that will be dedicated only to you.
What is VERO?
Heres a perfect example: Worker of Beats by Dre is partners with Ebay on a program called VERO. This will allow the Beats By Dre Worker remove any counterfeits or fishy listings he sees on ebay. VERO items would relate to high end products that are counterfeits
