I am approximately 4 weeks away from the launch of my new web-based business. I have already invested over £15,000 on web design and development and have a substantial marketing and advertising budget.

The company I have used for the website are offering me basic SEO that most developers do, however I am looking for someone who can use alternative methods to speed the process. Manipulating the rules are fine, however it is vital that the website is not banned from any search engine!

I am looking for someone who has more than just basic knowledge, I require an expert in this field. Ideally the person would be UK based, however flights can be arranged as all work would be carried out in my UK office.

The contract would be for 2-3 weeks with accommodation and good remuneration.

I cannot disclose the nature of this business and the successful applicant would be required to sign an NDA.

I have recieved PM's requesting further information so I am supplying a bit more info here.

The success of the business requires that the website and brand becomes widely recognised in a short space of time and ranks highly in the organic ranking as quick as possible. I need effective an Adwords, MSN Adcentre and Yahoo SM campaigns set up and don't mind out bidding my competitors at a loss while we try and position ourselves in organic listings.

The person would be working alongside my current web developer; he has some knowledge of SEO and has mentioned many White Hat methods to me already.

I would like interest in the website to grow very quickly - so I would require exposure on social networking sites, blogs etc.

I don't mind what techniques are used to do achieve this as long as the website is not banned as this would be a total disaster and I would lose over £50k.

The business is unique, but will be competing for exposure against some well established companies in the Financial Service Sector.

Preference will be given to UK residents.

    Hope this extra info helps.
