This may not be the proper forum for this but I might as well give it a shot.
I'm under the impression that certain internet service providers track your every move on the net. They go as far as sending letters in the mail threatening to terminate your service if they expect "illegal" behavior. Hypothetically speaking, is there a way to mask an IP address so ISPs can't track your moves on the web? If so, how? Thanks.
