complete noob looking for some help

hey bhw i have to admit i am pretty new to im i have been studying im for about a year now and created a website similar to cashcrate and been working on cl for a little while and have had little success and am looking for some help i have purchased the clad software and also been working on making backlinks and so far my site has made some good results for being so new, so i guess what im trying to say is if there anyone out there that can give me some pointers on the clad software or some seo lessons i will be willing to pay for some lessons i think that my site cashconomy.com has the potential to be very profitable and am more than willing to compensate anyone willing to help.
