Simple method here guys.
Use account creator extreme (free account creating bot). credit to silentrunner2 for making this.
Create accounts using this software, it's a free bot so it isn't exactly the best, nor does it create mass accounts, but it's decent for a free bot.
Once you create the accounts, sell the accounts or use them to sell followers, likes etc on a sites i.e Fiverr. You can use free twitter/IG bots which allows you to mass follow with all accounts.
Done!
