Compiling Videos for instagram

Yo guys,

I'm currently growing 4 Instagram accounts and its been going good so far.
However currently on my Travel niche account I want to compile some videos.
Like Top 5 or simply a mashup with a music.
Where can i possibly find free footage of destinations (like maldives,bora bora etc..,)

I can simply downlaod a video from Youtube,but i am afraid that if my account gets big enough and the owner of one of the videos in the compilation sees it he/she might be triggered and file a copyright complaint to IG.

I believe that after heavily compiling videos will fall under Fair Use and since I'm not monetizing the video itself it should be no problem. Am I right? Do you have any ideas?

You can use a Mobile video editor try checking the App Store for one

Thanks,My question is where I can get the footage.
I can edit it,since this is what I do for living editing videos,but i need some royalty free footage is there a way to find some.
