compilation with copyrighted content

Is there a possibility to work around it. Lets say that i made a top 10 moments of cops. I cant monetize it because youtube sees that it has content from cops in it.

As long the videos content does not provoke any negativity in all forms towards any government body u should be fine.

There's a difference between. Between someone reviewing about the video and posting the video itself in a raw format

Well thats the problem/ even if use a small piece in a lage compilation, youtube automatically detects it and i can't monetize the whole vid anymore. Even if its 30 seconds in a 10 minute compilation.
