Yeah it's Money Robot I reckon. I don't think any legitimate site on the internet uses that shitty font for their headers
You can manually check the site and its traffic and you will get idea if it is legit.

Legit, no doubt about it. It looks like you are in low competitive niche. Do what your competitors do. and some extra. you are on the go.

Put your competitor's domain name in Semrush and find Web 2.0 that has some traffic or value, you can replicate Web 2.0's. No need to make all of them.

It can be web 2.0 or it can be natural link. Rest what I will suggest you to go with competitors site analysis that what backlinks he is creating to make his website authority.
