I don't think there is such a tool on the market. Even if there was it would be very broad (read useless) estimate imo.
Here's what to do instead:
Make a noindex page on your website identical to your competitor. Drive paid traffic to it for a time. Collect data.

I only know tools that you can use to check what comes into your website. I haven't come across ones that you can use to check your competitors'. You certainly stirred up my curiosity right there
