Competitor making multiple orders and cancelling

Hi all,
A competitor on Amazon is making multiple orders and cancelling them. All the orders are been cancelled while they are still in 'pending', so this doesn't affect my metrics. Why would he/she be doing this??

I don't have a lot of experience with Amazon but do u pay any fee or tax when someone order?

Don't bother with thoes type of people. I will suggest you to contact amazon about even tho the support is slow.

Maybe directly contact them if you're sure it's them and ask them why they're doing it? At worst they'll probably stop, at best you'll learn their motives.
