I'm a small business owner and I just realized that my competitor has been giving each customer gifts for 5 star reviews on his GMB. Is there a way to mass report this to google. I have reported this a couple of times and it seems to be going nowhere

You can buy reviews that will be much cheaper than giving free gifts. Head over to bhw marketplace and find best review seller as per your needs.
Good luck.

Just a reminder to ask for guarantees tho. Nowadays its hard to find review suppliers that will deliver reviews that stick
Yes, the warranties.

You also send somebody to record the gift thing and send it to google.

It’s not a bad move by your competitor, but I think you should focus on getting real, honest reviews from your own customers too. (My opinion)

Lol . Why are you salty? It's perfectly legal to incentivize reviews from HIS OWN customers. Buying reviews from non-customers is what's wrong. Your competitor is smart. Copy him.

There’s no way to mass report; Google reviews are handled case by case. Keep reporting, document evidence, and focus on encouraging genuine reviews for your own business.

If nothing works, focus on improving your own reviews and business experience- genuine growth is safest.

How do you know forsure ? How would you be able to prove?
Cant you just incentivize your customers?

Encouraging organic reviews from real customers is more effective long-term than reporting competitors.
