Competitor Incentivizing Review on Google Maps

I'm a small business owner and I just realized that my competitor has been giving each customer gifts for 5 star reviews on his GMB. Is there a way to mass report this to google. I have reported this a couple of times and it seems to be going nowhere

Instead, buy more reviews for your own business. That would more cheaper and better than reporting someone.

It’s not a bad move by your competitor, but I think you should focus on getting real, honest reviews from your own customers too. (My opinion)

You can flag reviews as "spam or fake" to help Google detect them.

Lol . Why are you salty? It's perfectly legal to incentivize reviews from HIS OWN customers. Buying reviews from non-customers is what's wrong. Your competitor is smart. Copy him.
