Hi all. I need some advice from those of you who’ve dealt with aggressive competitors.
A US-based competitor has recently entered my niche and is outspending me like crazy on Google Ads. They’re targeting the Canadian market, and their dollar advantage allows them to dominate ad spend in ways I can’t easily match. They’re aggressively bidding on high-performing keywords and flooding the space with ads, which is starting to impact my traffic and conversions.
I know my product and service are superior, and I’ve built a solid customer base, but their budget advantage and exchange rate leverage are giving them a massive edge. I need some creative strategies to counter this before they gain too much traction.
If anyone has experience battling this kind of uphill fight—or offers services that could help—please let me know.
