So i got this site, where competitor is building many bad links with anchors like "sex" "viagra"

Is there any way i can get rid of these links or do something so google don't remove my site from rankings?

I have ways i can get Rid of all my top 10 competitors and get them unnatural link penalty in matter of 2 weeks, but i dont want to do that.....

waiting for the answers. + rep for suggestions.

Only way to do it is to disavow the links ASAP. You can dilute anchor text to a certain extent, but that won't help once you get a penalty from my understanding.

sorry to hear that. there's too much of such people out there. myself been victim lots of time. better to keep on building good links.

Find out where your competitor lives, Hire a bunch of guys, Go down to his place, And give him some physical backlinks! :firedevil

LOOOL

OP: leave it as it is.. see how the site reacts in serps in the next 7 days.. I've faced this situation and the site was still doing well in serps..
you should be glad that a noob and not a pro is doing a neg seo to your site..

If there is any way to find that out that then surely i am going to do that. :D

@dinkish and dhakasseo

do i need to submit the domain in disavow tool or the exact URL where bad links are coming from? As of now i have not even submitted site in webmaster tools.

Don't worry, if your site is aged has good pa/da nothing will happen, sit back and wait, maybe it will rank even better.

Buy a relevant domain
be ready to do a 301 redirect

then if you go down
take out all your competitors

Yes, if anything bad happens with my site then all top 10 sites in my niche are gone for sure.

May be your competitors are also trying their way so that you can get unnatural link penalty.

i would grab emails/contacts from top20 competitors and shot them a "sweet" message, something like "stop neg-seoing me, otherwise i will completely remove your web from serps blah blah"

worth a shot

maybe you will get lucky and that neg-seo shit stops.

i would do the same, but would combine with some good links building on my site. if page is aged and well stabilized, it would help you in rankings. maybe they worked for you. who knows.

anyway, good luck mate and keep us updated.

One thing about negative SEO is it usually isn't people from the first page, it is usually someone that is aweful at SEO on page 3+ and doing it because they can't do SEO properly. One thing I would do, if it isn't a lucrative keyword is to email all of your competitiors on the first 3 pages then change the optimisation of your page to target a slightly different keyword.

Better to lose ranks on 1 page than lose the site completely as negative SEO is a cruel thing to correct.

EDIT

Also take a note of the sites in the top 1-3 pages right now, then if you can identify one out of all of them that haven't received the negative SEO against them, it might give you a good idea of the source.

That doesn't make sense. You gotta be ready for this type of things. For one douchebag you wanna create problems to everyone? What type of mentality is that?

This is the way of seo in the future - webmasters blasting other webmasters sites with links. He who has the least dirtiest backlink profile shall win.

I don't blame people for this, but I do blame Google. I also blame government regulatory agencies because they allow Google to employ such tactics that threaten many legitimate businesses. All this crazy shit will make it far easier for Google to justify becoming a 100% paid search engine, except for organic fillers, when the time arises. All Google has to say to government regulators at that time is organic ranking is not possible because of underhanded negative seo methods used to nullify the value of ranking signals. It's coming folks... Be prepared!
