Competitor analysis, SEO analysis and action plan

Hey Guys,

I have a website a Magento website
I sell satellite, aerial, networking, metal brackets and IPTV equipment in West EU - EIRE
I have recently had an increase in traffic due to some promotions and want to make the most of it now and push ahead and increase sales again.
I want an SEO audit for my website and an action plan going ahead - I have spare time everyday where I can implement this
I have one main competitor and I want him analysed backlinks, seo and ppc etc
Action plan for this too - How to copy his success.
Want someone with proven experience and fluent in English
I also have a few other websites going and will be looking for long term work
