Competition

Hi there,

I have found nice niche with all good parameters. Except one. My niche has 1 strong competitor whose site is ranked in first and second places in google search. His website is up for 6 years and he has like 10 good articles posted.

Is it worth competing with him?

1 strong competitor, count yourself lucky. I would go for it.

can you give some more info about this competitor, 6 years is not that incredibly old, 10 articles doesn't mean much either. How many backlinks does he have, how good is his on page SEO, either way, like terryuk said, if its a good keyword, one competitor is no big deal anyway.
