Hey BHW first of all =)

So today my ebay account got suspended for 1 day again and all auctions were deleted..

This is what they wrote:

while checking your eBay account, we discovered that you have violated eBay's mailing and address lists and personal information policy. For this reason, we have taken the following measures concerning your account:
Your seller rights are temporarily restricted. You cannot post new items for one day. You will also not be able to register a new account during this time.
We have removed those offers that violate the principle. A complete list of remote offers can be found at the bottom of this email.
Fees for offers that have been prematurely terminated due to the violation will not be credited to your account.

Due to data protection regulations, the following items may not be offered or sold on eBay:
Email, IP and IM (Instant Messenger) address lists
mailing lists with names, addresses, telephone numbers or other personal data
Tools or software to send unsolicited commercial emails or spam.
set up accounts on social networking sites or other websites that may contain personal information.
Guaranteed "like it" clicks or guaranteed followers' subscriptions
Member accounts for file sharing accounts ("File Sharing Accounts")

So My Question is why is my competition surviving and I get banned again and again?
I got my own business ebay account.

I sell exactly the same things like my competition, I guess the are reporting me because im selling way better haha:D
But even if I report their auctions nothing happens, its so frustrating..

Anyone has an idea for that? =)

Likes etc.
its forbidden on ebay but my competition is selling since month without problems...

OP why you writing thread in such big fonts ? Do you think it will get you more replies ?

just sell on multiple accounts and don't do too much on one account and just keep switching

yup. multiple accounts. sell a bit on each is the best way
