most ads networks dont allow force clicking atleast adsense dosnt if i am right

why don't you install a content locker on the competition page.
Complete the offer to be entered into our free competition
then once they complete it get them to enter their email address so you can randomly choose a winner
now you have their email for list building and you can randomly pick a winner

Yes, content lockers is a better option. What you intend to do is clearly against the terms of most services.

Build an intermediate page. Person clicks through to page, the page makes you $, the page redirects to wherever they were going.
In any case, you gotta add an intermediate step where you cash in. Don't force or hide clicks, that's illegal shit right there.

Yeah you can do that easily.
1. Create your 1st contest page with email optin so that you can mail them later on of any other contest you want! or a affiliate offer!
2.Join a CPM site for earning from your page impressions or add a CPA adwall after 1st page. Include a random quiz to make it look real. That way you can pull close to 3-5 impression per person easily
Try and let me know how it went~!

Well my best bet would be:
1. Create a landing page
2. Let people fill in there details, name, surname, e-mail etc.
3. Get a little checkbox letting them agree to receive newsletters
4. Let them press submit
5. Thank you for participating! Please confirm your submission by completing the survey below. Once completed you will enter the lucky prize draw ( or something like that ).
This way you can build a e-mail list and people will complete surveys to "complete" their sign-up for the prize.
Either way if you get 10.000 people who will do this and only 10 will complete the survey you can even cash in after with the e-mail list youve build.
