when's the official deadline?

if winners are picked in 7 days, then I'm assuming that the deadline is sometime before that.. but is there a specific date?

I leave for 4 days on the 16th. Would be crazy if I came back and won. Now I just gotta think about what to talk about. Is there any time min or max to uphold?
