Competition Analysis

Hey,

Have been searching for a while in areas that I like, came across this one which seemed good. I am however a noob and dont know exactly what I am looking at on a larger scale.

Will this keyword be impossible to rank high for or just hard?

For a noob, i'd say stay far away from that one...

well it depends on how easy it will be for you to reach their numbers as far as content and backlinks plus will need few years of waiting too

Yes that keyword looks pretty stout and probably not a good one to start with. If it is an area you are interested in try looking for some related keywords that might be easier to rank for.

For example if the keyword you are looking at is fishing.

You could drill down a bit and try

Fly fishing

or even

Fly fishing for trout
Fly fishing in Minnesota
etc.......

Find a longer more specialized keyword and you will probably find one that is easier to rank for.

Lolz... go for that in the future... but really dont go now for that....
