Compete with the original brand in Amazon?

Let's say I wan't to sell backpacks, and I can get an "x" original backpack and sell it in amazon for a cheaper price. Competing with the "x" backpack brand and they are selling it too just maybe $5 more expensive. Should I be stupid to try and compete with them like this in amazon?
