I've contacted Scrapebox support many times, and all replies have been polite and helpful. If you read what the developer wrote, she said that she spent most of her waking hours developing what is technically, one of the best scrapers on the market, so the fact that she actually helped people in the thread is great. This does not detract from the fact the NHSEO's support is equally good.

Scrapebox and NHSEO are 2 different tools, with different functions. Both pieces of software have top class support.

I agree, anything related to Scapebox, she has been outstanding. I have contacted her a few times and got very helpful responses very quickly. Scrapeboard though has been a big disappointment. The only reason I bought it was because of scrapebox's track record.
