what are you trying to outsource?

Laundry? Cooking? Your entire company's duties?

My suggestion before you choose to build an outsourced network is to learn all of the right tools and foundation of your seo company first. Otherwise you'll have no idea what your managing and you'll just be another noob thinking SEO happens overnight.

Take nivonuke's advice - you've just joined BHW (you don't mention how much SEO experience you have). If it's limited, it's tough to outsource work for a number of reasons - you may not know what will work best for your client's sites and it's easy to get overwhelmed.

My suggestion would be to spend a little while get a site or two ranked. It'll show you want works and what doesn't these days. As you do this, you'll develop an idea of which services to use and which outsourcers to trust. These sites you rank can also be shown to clients demonstrating that you can "walk the walk".

I would also check out Takticals thread in this section, well worth reading!

This is what I love about where I live -America. We can start up a company but basically run the company by other people somewhere over seas and still make a profit :D

    I suggest Freelancer.com
