Communications, Technology, and Elders in Business

Hello everyone!

I have been tasked with building a communications line with a calendar and notifications and such, and while there are many webscripts I can take advantage of, or services, I would like to know what you have used in the past for things like this:

• Private/Public/Group Chat
• Event Calendar
• Project Management + timeline + notifications to mobile (iOS and Android)

Where all of it was friendly to use for someone who generally is terrible at technology. I am specifically meaning the much older generation.

Anyone have any luck doing this?

Right now, I am liking Asana and MEGA.NZ has been great at storing cloud files and encrypted chat.d
