I would like to share this with you, I regained the reach of many pages using this way
Only done from a browser, not from the app
Steps:
1 facebook profile ( any )
2 pay a publication ( 1 dollar ) for 1 day on a page ( or create a page and do that )
3 wait 1 or 2 days to be given an advertising account identifier number
After completing the steps you will be allowed to enter here

Usually help with advertising problems, the idea is to relate advertising to what you want to fix.
