So Commission junction pays only once a month ?

I was looking at the help section and it looks like they pay on the 20th of
every month.

Am I right ??

Yes you are right. They pay on NET30

They pay around the 20th.. sometimes a few days early and sometimes a few days later.

Once a month, payments are locked on the 10th and released around the 17th. You will usually receive payment on the 20th.
