Commission-based SEO

I have a brand new website. I can give you 12 closely related keywords (same city, same industry). For every keyword that his page 2, I will $100, for every keyword that hits page 1 an additional $300. So if you get all 12 on page 1, you will get $4,800. But nothing up front. PM me if interested.

And how would a provider be protected from you going walkies once hitting relevant spots?

They're keywords that I would presume are semi competitive so I’d want one of two things to protect myself

1: links on your site to my site saying ‘promoted by brand’

2: half upfront and refunded if not hit page two within an agreed timeframe and another quarter when 9 hut first page, rest on completion

3: This is presuming it’s a clean site that hasn’t been blasted to death by gsa and automated BST services to the site, which you’ve brought in the past

The keywords are not semi but super competitive. The top bidder for just one of his keyword alone spends more than $30k/month on Adwords.

8/10 sites on the front page are ranking with powerful niche relevant PBNs. I'm talking about 100+ sites in the network for each ranking site.

I bet OP won't find anyone who is worth his salt here working on SEO without any upfront payment in this niche.
