once they put a weeks worth of work in the total commission is worked out and they are payed every friday

Glad you cleared that up. They do a weeks work for you and then get paid in a weeks time.
Obviously under normal circumstances there would be a 99.9% chance of these poor guys getting scammed but seeing as you are johnsmith from the UK then I guess you must be bona fide, right ?
