Comments to bring traffic method

So I was thinking, what if you commented on a popular page's post with something somewhat relevant but also put some kind of offer/link. Then you buy comment likes from somewhere and now the comment is at the top with your link! Does anyone sell/know where to buy comment likes? I want to try this out!

I'm interested in knowing more about this method. Especially how the ranking works. I imagine the accounts have to be aged? And also need to comment instead of just like?
