Comments on niche videos a lot

I know a way to make comments but it is manually work and i need so much time to post around 1000 comments.
I want to find a way to comment on YouTube videos like one user to post 20 comments and i would make those comments top rated because i know a way. So which software can do that or where to find a solution to this problem.
i would need around 2000 comments to be post from at least 100 users and from different mail address as well as ip address.

i can provide a lot of comments but it will take a while for 2000 comments.
and you can also provide a text with the comments you need to see if you want.
also just few of my comments are flagged as spam and those are flagged are not counted and will be replaced.

just to be clear. i do no need 100 comments on one video. i need one comment per video i do not own. max 20 comments per user so 20 videos from my niche. is it ok?

Tube Toolbox should be able to do that for you.
