Comments on A site with Content Locker?

Well I have more than 3 sites with a content locker on them. All of them are receiving good amount of traffic every day. There is one thing which doesn't feel good and it is the people's comment. They are probably those people who can't complete the survey and are unable to get access to content.

I usually receive comments like this:

"Hope you die soon."

"F**k you and your f**ck*ng surveys"

"you liar."

and so on. The content i lock is really of high quality and real (no fake).I was thinking if any one of you also recieve comments like this

Yep I get lots and lots of comments like this LOL. I offer something I don't give. Imagine what sort of responses I get for that. I actually find them funny

I believe it all comes down with the bussines ... People will always complain . Try to thing from a different perspective : You surf on a website , you need an information or something - to optain it you need to do a certain task . You complet it and at the end you are not rewarded as you were expected . Of course you will get frustrated ... and you think it is a scam or something ... you won't think that maybe it's something with the "method" ... u know what i mean ?

Put the comments on "approval by moderator"?

I get comments like this too, just delete it

Yep, simply put all comments to go through moderation queue, or even better see if there's a plugin to auto delete comments with user defined censorship words

This always happens. Even in the offline business, imagine if you have a coffee shop, from 100 customers, 5 of them will surely be unsatisfied.

Yes I agree with you. That's why I moderate comments before they show up on my site.
