I have. But i know or i think i know why. However i got no warning. Cant find any info on it as to how we can know the real reason why and when i will be able to comment again. I feel like they have a strangw reason for this. Could it be that it is to make frustrated so you stay within their guid lines? Also seems when you search for the answer your given a bunch of goop that has nothing to do with the answer you want. Almost as if it is deliberate. To cause you to spend more time trying to get back to commenting. I have no proof but it just feels like it. I would like that to not be true.
i add to this , youtube ban all type of extencions like .com . me , if you put . m e (separately), ghost comment
