If you are using a software for voice generation, then sooner or later you are going to get banned. If its your own voice, you will be good to go once you meet the requirments for monetization.

IT wont be my voice directly, i'm gonna hire someone of fiverr who has a nice sounding voice, im sure that will still work right?

As long as it’s not edited - you should be fine, even if it’s outsourced voice.
