You have to recognize a footprint comment sections like this share and then use search engine query to find all that use it.

Ahh ok, then exactly as @tiiberius said. Look at the footprints and search them on Google for example:

"notify me of new comments via email." "notify me of new posts via email." "Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:"

Inspect element and find some string of words, use it in quotes and search in Google, will throw up lots of sites with that kind of code/form
