Getting 100 karma it's not that hard and can take even a few minutes, but... check this similar thread, buying them might affect your accounts:

You can also try commenting on karma farming subs like freekarma4u.

I would not advise to do it. Many subs ban u automatically if u have posted or commented in those subs.

Price can start from a few cents/upvote. You can search for such services in the forum marketplace. I believe only 100 karma points can't make too much of a negative impact, if you're worried that buying them can get the account affected.
