Comment System Screwed up! Need Help

Well, I was using the Disable Comment plugin and used the persistent mode on accident. I personally think it screwed up my comment coding. I've done everything in my power to get it back to normal but now, my comment system would come back randomly and disable at any time.
When it does work and I try to sumbit a comment, it wouldn't go through. It usually shows these errors.

Did you look at the support forum for the plugin?

I know it sucks to hear this now, but you should always perform a backup, both before as well as after a plugin installation.

Learn from your mistakes.
Hire someone from fiverr to do the job. It works
