Is it save to approve all comment (most spam) on my MNSs? what about ranking ?

No, is not safe. Google will see this and take the juice of your site out as is been a nest of spam. What you want is relevant comments.

most of them are relevant good write articles, but they have always link to other site in the author of the comment

A comment is a few short lines. An articles is blocks of lines. You don't want articles on comments. What you can do is create a new post with their article and give them a link back. They are giving you free content

This way they will keep coming back and will add more. Remember is not all about what is coming in, you have have to also send out.

Keeping the comments and editing out the link is an other option you can consider.
