Comment has been removed

There is a subreddit we are currently targeting to promote certain products. The challenge that I am experiencing is that comments are getting deleted.

The message left only says:

Comment has been removed

The moderator to the subreddit isn't active. I have not seen a Automod message that the comment has been removed by a moderator. Does this mean that I am triggering the reddit spam filter ?

What I have tried so far ?

1. Join the subreddit and engage with the community members.

With this approach the comments sticks for a while but doesn't last a day. It gets deleted.

It might also be AutoMod working silently, some subs hide its messages from users.

Oh! I see. I think this is the most probable reason.

I am thinking of taking the sub a bit slow. Change the words and do around one comment a day

It might be the subreddit's AutoMod still running even if mods aren't active.
