The question is not even in the quantity itself, the question is in switching proxies and finding you with instagram algorithms. Pause between the speed of writing comments in the software, up to 10 comments per day from your account with a pause of 2-5 minutes

If you think about an auto-detect posts / comments features, then you need a bot made for that. Not an "average" public bot such as Jarvee or others, as you won't be able to sell you "comments bombs" that way.
Your best bet would be to post in the HAF section to search for a dev who'll be willing to build that kind of automation for you

Im not sure with that many accounts, I did it with 10-15 accounts with two 4g proxies

Jarvee or a custom made software with some good quality proxies. Would recommend mobile proxies (login to 5 accounts - comment - change IP of the proxy using an API - comment from other 5 - repeat). That would be the best bet. You could also do this manually from 20 phones, however, I think it's way easier with some automation like Jarvee
