Stick to 3-4 accounts per IP. Even so, you'll face action blocks

yes 10 accounts with the same IP will but you in a bad situation

The standard rule is 5 accounts/IP so you could start with that. I'd also suggest you to maintain at least a standard time interval between the comments. Too many fast accounts could classify you as a bot and you know the rest of the story, know what I mean?

Use random residential proxys on a no header browser .
Yes ofcourse.
I did a random delay of 30 secs to 2 mins between switching accounts.
I hope it won't flag my accounts.

No matter if you log in and log out, if there are more than 3-4 accounts per proxy, the limit of the accounts reduces and the chances of getting caught by the spam algo increases.
So, if you do these comments very often or they look very similar, I would suggest getting a handful of more IPs and keeping them all separate if possible.

You can get away with a lot more with a quality 4g proxy.
