maybe depends on the quality of the likes or can depend on the speed I think,
likes that comes very fast in big quantity, are detected from Instagram as Spam I think.

OP is asking about YouTube, not Instagram.
Having likes is not the only metric to get your comment on the top positions (account's age, previous comments from the same account, activity, etc..).

There's a lot of bots that were created 3 days ago with no activity in the top position.

How old is your account? What do you do with it? Also, did you try to drip-feed the likes?

About 6 month.
The comment gets a dozen every hour, I don't think I need to drip-feed.

Yes, i got a problem like that 2 months ago. I figured out that it depends on different factors. Amount of comments( for the video), channel age, quality of likes, and account activity. If you can test it more with different accounts and methods, you can see the difference.
