Hi all, not sure if I am looking for a bot or a service. I am trying to find something to leave comments on news sites and blogs, but not for backlinks but just mentions. Anyone know of something that still works?

This question is very general.: Anyone know of something that still works?
I didn't offer any services, and I gave an answer for this question.
Just wanted to be polite. In the future I will ignore similar question.
