Comment being marked as spam, can you come back?

When you post a comment so many times, over so many accounts it starts getting marked as spam automatically. Here's my question, if you have say 20 accounts mark that comment as 'Not Spam' will it start appearing again?

Has anyone tried this, or knows anything that could help me? I might create a program that goes through a list of URLs looking for specific accounts and marks them a 'Not Spam' if they're marked as spam. In hope that they then appear again.

From my experiences it doesnt work, The comment will ALWAYS appear as spam from now on. There's comments that i was posting 5 months ago that if i tried them again it would still appear as spam LOL

All you have to do is delete those accounts that you used to post the comments and you can post them again.
