I would cloak that to stay safe. If the user is not referred by Digg, have a set of photos with bars over them load instead.

By now you should have known the new Digg algo. It tracks how a submission was visited. Tht is why getting frontpage on Digg by newbies is not easy as they always do it the wrong way. To exploit digg, you exploit their RSS feed. That way you can get diggs without getting automatic buries.
