Commas to Spintax - Any online tools out there?

Hi All,

I got a list of keyword that commas separated, i would like to change to spintax format.
Anyone got any idea?

Use notepad++ to replace the commas with pipes and add {} to the ends?

I still prefer UltraEdit especialy for large text files
