ComfyUi Faceswap from an instagram post to ai character

Hello,

I'm using comfyui for my ai character, I used to use fooocus which is good at certain things but realism isn't. In fooocus you can use a setting where you upload some girls post from insta then use your character lora and completely face swap the post into your character.

I've looked everywhere online and can't find anyone who is using comfyui to swap an ai character into a instagram post. I don't want to just swap the face I want it to swap the hair and face, body too if possible.

Using an SDXL Base model.

If anyone has solutions help me out

Wan animate is for videos, im trying to create insta posts with real peoples instagram posts. Reactor node just swaps the face and its not that good. Doesn't change hair and sometimes the character looks off.

yeah full body swap in comfyui is kinda messy tbh
face swap is easy, but once you touch body/hair it breaks fast，most people dont really “swap”, they just rebuild with controlnet + lora，try openpose or depth + ipadapter, it helps keep structure a bit more stable

Use a prompt hunter workflow that extracts the prompt from the image then use that prompt for Z image with your z image Lora to recreate the same photo but with your model. Or use Controlnet if you want same exact pose.
