Comcast XFINITY Toolbar SERP Questions

I have a niche customer that is concerned about their rank when using the comcast toolbar. With a straight up google they are at #2 for keywords, when using the toolbar they are down around 10 or 11. The toolbar is 'Enhanced by Google' but the results it is showing don't line up so they must be using their own algorithm along with google to get those results. Googling around I can't find anywhere to submit a site. It looks like they (comcast) was using a reviewing system to add websites as 'safe' but that seems to be in transition right now and not functional.
Does anyone have any experience ranking sites within comcast or have a way to submit sites for inclusion in their results.
